Things i bought today..
Westone UM-1 In-ear monitor earphones. I got these pro-quality in-ear monitors so that i can do away with the bulky 'mickey mouse' headphones provided by church when i play onstage. These are wayyy more discrete and comfortable, and sound amazing!!! I can't wait to use them onstage this sunday.
I've been wanting very badly to learn the amazing fingerstyle guitar playing of the late Chet Atkins. I have to start somewhere, right? :P
Brian Setzer's latest album.. just released this week! And i bought the first copy to hit our shores! My favourite indie music shop, Memphis Music at Excelsior Hotel, brought in just this one copy, and i bought it on the spot! woohoo! It wasn't cheap, but it's got really killer rockabilly songs in it!!!
Yeah! My favourite guitarist!
Can you FEEL it? Christmas is coming!!! Yeah!!!
